DFL Bill Will Give 15 Million Dollars To Nonprofit With DFL Senator As Director.

The DFL has introduced HF496 which would give 15 million dollars to WE WIN Institute INC. a nonprofit.

One of the directors of The WE WIN Institute is DFL Senator Zaynab Mohamed (63, DFL).

Officers at WE WIN Institute.

The revenue for the WE WIN Institute increased by more than 6x between 2022 and 2023. Why the sudden need for our tax dollars?

Let your representatives know you are watching. The fraud and over spending in this state must stop.

UPDATE:

Senator Zaynab Mohamed has made a statement denying ever being on the board of WE WIN INSTITUTE.

The WE WIN INSTITUTE’S Executive Director Titilayo Bediako stated that “The inclusion of her name on filings was an error on behalf of staff, and we have taken steps to amend our filings to reflect that she was not a board member.”

More information found here.

Another develop that we have become aware of is the author of the Senate companion bill is Senator Omar Fateh who happens to be Senator Zaynab Mohamed brother in law.

Update 2:

The bill has been withdrawn by Senator Omar Fateh aka Senator Zaynab Mohamed’s brother in-law.

This situation is continuing to change, we will update when more information is available.

I think D.O.G.E. needs to come into Minnesota and investigate where our tax dollars went since Walz took over and there has supposedly been a surplus. No more fraud!

The wording for black students and culturally specific programming suggests to me that it is more for the Somali community. Also, seems racist!

Time to stop the fraud that happens when organizations are allowed to have our money. Remember we have already been thru this with Feed My Children which was nothing but a joke.
