It might not be a surprise that Hennepin County doesn’t always cooperate with ICE when it comes to criminal illegal aliens. But what about rural Minnesota counties? It appears some don’t completely cooperate with ICE.
A recent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement report lists institutions that are non-cooperative or have limited cooperation with ICE when it comes to Detainers. You should be surprised if your County is listed.
The County Officials responsible for policy or execution of honoring ICE Detainers are elected by you.

Kandiyohi- UPDATE: KANDIYOHI IS COOPERATING WITH ICE.

Pipestone- UPDATE: Pipestone County is cooperating with ICE.
Ramsey
Todd- UPDATE: Todd county is cooperating with ICE per reports from sheriff to individuals.
